BUFFALO SUMMER SHOT CLUB RECOGNIZED
Dribble, pass, catch, and shoot are basic skills required to be successful in the game of basketball. Basketball is a sport where the level of success you achieve individually and as a team are directly related to these specific skills. Our Gibbon Summer Shot Club continues to be a large part of the increased success of our program. The boys put in a lot of time and hard work to develop their skills. The shot club is simply a way to recognize their dedication to improving their individual skill sets. I believe it is important to recognize that these skill sets do not develop themselves... It takes hard work and dedication to become a good basketball player. I would highly encourage all players to take on our challenge and join the Gibbon Shot Club this up coming summer. - Coach Benge
BUFFALOES ENJOY RECENT SUCCESS
Tyler Weismann at the point in Holiday Tournament
The Buffaloes won the Elm Creek Holiday Tournament and defeated rival Shelton on Tuesday night. “That game was a lot of fun last (Tuesday) night. It was a very good high school basketball game between two rivals. I love the energy our kids played with and they were determined to find a way to win even when we didn’t have our best. I’m really proud of our kids. The next two weeks will really show who we are as a team and I’m looking forward to the challenges we face.” - Coach Benge
