Buffalo

Gibbon Nation. Michelle asked me to share her letter with the community of Gibbon. On behalf of the board of education and the Gibbon Education FAMILY, we wish to share our appreciation for Michelle's dedication to excellence, commitment to being a Buffalo, and her unwavering support for teaching and learning. Thank You Michelle!

Dr. Vern Fisher, Superintendent

"Please accept this as my formal letter of resignation from the Gibbon Public School Board of Education. I have recently moved out of the district, so I am no longer able to serve on the board.

I would like to thank Dr. Fisher and my fellow board members for welcoming me in and being such great mentors to me while I learned the ins and outs of what it meant to be a school board member. Your kindness and friendship did not go unnoticed, and I will forever be grateful for you. The Gibbon community is very lucky to have all of you. Thank you to the patrons of our district for voting for me in to serve on the board. It has been an honor to do so, and I hope that I have served you well. To all the staff, thank you for your hard work and dedication to our students. I am going to truly miss being a part of the board, and serving with every one of you."

Sincerely,

Michelle
