Quarantine refers to the precautionary practice of separating individuals who have had close contact with someone with COVID-19 to determine whether they develop symptoms or test positive for the disease. Quarantine also reduce the risk of transmission if an individual is later found to have COVID-19. Being placed in quarantine doesn't mean that an individual has tested positive for COVID-19 but he or she will be asked to remain home until those symptoms subside. Please go to the district's website to find more information about the school district's response to COVID-19.
