We are pleased to announce that Gibbon Public Schools has partnered with the Two Rivers Public Health Department to make influenza (FLU) vaccinations available to Gibbon students and staff this fall.  Please go to our website to locate the "Two Rivers Public Health Department Influenza Consent Form."   Please download and print the form, complete and sign the form, and return the form to the school secretary by Thursday, October 1st.  The health department will be at our school on Thursday, October 8th, to give immunizations.  Please feel free to contact the community health nurse, Susan Puckett, RN at 888-669-7154 or Nurse Sam at 308-468-5721 if you have any questions.  You must complete the form in order to receive the vaccination.  #WeAreGibbon #VaccinationsSaveLives
