Teacher Appreciation Week

Each year we celebrate teachers. In Gibbon Public Schools, we are fortunate that we have exceptional people who serve to educate, support, and nurture the development of every youngster. In a "normal" world, this is a difficult task at best. New and frequently changing state and federal regulations, developing relationships, staying abreast of current practices, and moving targets associated accountability are just a few of the challenges educators face day-to-day, year-to-year. This past year has been more challenging when we consider COVID-19, DHMS, remote learning, facemasks, on top of what is a very full plate.
