Carla Murillo-Corona represents Gibbon Girls Basketball one last time in the Louplatte All-Star game.🏀



2024 Graduate, Carla Murillo-Corona will be representing the Lady Buffs Basketball team tonight at the Louplatte Conference All-Star game. Game starts at 5pm at Axtell. Come cheer on Carla one last time!


Some of our Jr. High girls basketball team participated in the Hastings College Women's Basketball Team Camp today. They hustled, played as a team, and improved so much throughout the day! Go Lady Buffs!

SUMMER LUNCH PROGRAM
Please join us for the SUMMER LUNCH PROGRAM!
During the months of June and July (no meals July 4&5) 11:30-12:30
WEST Commons doors will be open!
Free lunch for children ages 1-18.
Adults may purchase a meal for $5.25.
Bus Transportation will be provided to and from school this summer for students ages 5 and up.
Due to safety and liability issues, students under the age of 5 CANNOT ride the bus.
Pick Up locations and times will be:
11:30 Pick-up on the north side: River and Kelsey
11:35 Pick up at the Methodist Church
11:38 Pick up at the library
11:41 Pick up at West Ave and 3rd
11:46 Arrive at school
All students will eat and then the bus will take students home.
Sorry, adults are not able to ride the bus.

Special Education Consultation Meeting Notice
The Gibbon Public Schools is required to consult with nonpublic school representatives and representatives of parents of children with disabilities parentally-placed in a nonpublic school during the design and development of special education and related services for the children. The purpose of the consultation process is to provide an opportunity for parents and representatives of nonpublic schools to participate in the development of a plan for providing special education services to children with disabilities who attend nonpublic schools and home schools which are within the Gibbon district for the 2023 - 2024 school year. Parents of a home-schooled child or a child attending a nonpublic school who has been or may be identified with a disability and attending a nonpublic school within the boundaries of Gibbon district are urged to contact Barb Gentrup, to attend a consultation meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 29, 11:00 am in the Distance Learning classroom.
