In first grade math today, they were creating addition and subtraction sentences using fact families.
Two Rivers will be coming October 20th to do dental assessments on all students Pre K through 4th grade. If you would like your student to have the fluoride treatment and possible sealants if indicated at assessment, please feel out the form that is attached in the links below. Yesterday was a beautiful day for Mural Day at Hastings College! This group did a great job working together to create their mural, in a short amount of time, based off the prompt, "create a new Nebraska slogan and display it as a billboard."

PARENTS NIGHT - VOLLEYBALL: Thursday, 10/5/23 is parents night for the volleyball program. Parents will be introduced following the JV game & prior to the varsity warmups. Go Buffs!
Elementary Gibbon Greats:
Each classroom teacher is able to nominate two students from their class that are responsible, respectful, and show leadership qualities each month. The elementary Gibbon Greats program has an exciting twist this year! There will be two additional students that will be nominated. We will have two staff members that will nominate a student each month. The students were able to try their luck on guessing the two staff members for October. One lucky winner guessed both teachers correctly!

GIRLS GOLF DISTRICTS - POSTPONED: The girls district golf meet scheduled for Tuesday @ Indianhead has been moved to Wednesday 10/4/23 due to the weather forecast. The first tee time for the tournament will be 9am. Go Buffs!
If you ordered your child a coat from the United Way, they have been delivered to the ELEMENTARY office at school. Please make arrangements to pick the coat up during the hours of 7:30 and 4:00. If you would like the coat sent home with your child, please let the office know and we will send it home.
