Gibbon Nation. A gentle reminder of changes to expectations associated with school-wide behavior, cell phones, and the dress code. Administration has worked with students as we transition to these new expectations and students have responded well. Consequences for a violation of policy can be found on the behavior flow-chart.

Are you receiving our alerts and announcements? GPS uses our alert/webpage system to communicate important information for emergencies and regular announcements. The online registration forms are helping to keep those numbers up-to-date. If you are not receiving messages and feel you should, check that our number 308-468-6555 is not blocked on your phone. Next, make sure your online registration forms reflect the correct phone numbers. Due to a limitation in the system, only the first two contacts on those forms are the numbers that will receive those alerts. Thank you!

VOLLEYBALL EVENT TIME CHANGE/UPDATE: The Home VB Dual with SEM on 8.28.25 has been adjusted. The JV game will start at 5pm and the VAR game at 6pm. Both will be played in the main gym. Go Buffs!!

GIBBON HS is in need of help at home games: 1) FB - Announcer (pay negotiable), scoreboard, admission gate 2) VB - Line judges, scoreboard, book keeper, admission gate These are paid on a per game basis - $15 min/game. Contact jeff.montgomery@gibbonpublic.org

Elementary Open House is tonight for grades Kindergarten-6th grade from 5:15-6:15. As you are leaving the school, you can purchase a treat from Madi's Ice Oasis! Treats are to take home to eat, not to be brought into the school (please and thank you!). We can't wait to see you!
