There are lots of students from the middle grades involved in our musical this year- I'm looking forward to watching them grow over the next several years! Come see them in the Wizard of Oz, next weekend, April 4th, 5th & 6th.

Gibbon Elementary's third-graders toured City Hall and learned about local government from City Administrator Matt Smallcomb and Mayor Leon Stall.

Please clean out your pockets, look through your house, clean out your car for all of the change you can find!!! Lets come together to help support Braxton's family and their funeral expenses. Please take all of your change to Veronica in the office!! Let's see how much we can collect for them!! We will do this until next Monday, March 31st.

CONGRATULATIONS to the Gibbon High School Quiz Bowl team for placing 4th out of 35 teams at the District competition. The competition was at UNK and hosted by ESU 10 - we'd like to thank everyone at ESU 10 for all their time and effort - it truly is a great day for kids!

We were able to visit Mrs. Wadkins-Meyer's band room and learn about percussion instruments. Her students showed us different instruments, played them for us, and even gave our preschoolers a chance to play!








SOCCER POSTPONED - The soccer game scheduled for today vs. York has been postponed.

Saturday, May 24, 2025, is the date for the Gibbon Alumni Banquet honoring the graduating classes in years ending with "5". Graduates of Gibbon High School of 2025 will be our honored guests. Invitations will be sent out on the first of April. If you have not received an invitation, please send your e-mail address to Kent McConnell at kentmcc78@gmail.com, or your physical address to Jolene Holl at 2285 41 Road, Kenesaw, NE 68956, and your address will be put on file.
A social time is planned to begin at 5:00 p.m., with the banquet set to begin at 6:30 p.m. Tickets will go on sale on April 1 at the Gibbon Exchange Bank or Adam's Corner Market in Gibbon. Tickets can also be purchased from Jolene Holl by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope and declaring your graduation class year or the class you would like to be seated with. Tickets will be sold through May 15 with no refunds.
All graduates and friends of graduates are invited.
